Who I am
Hi, I'm Taylor — Certified Nutritionist, Health Science Grad, and Future RDN.
My passion for nutrition began with my own 40-pound weight loss journey, which completely transformed not just my body, but my relationship with food and health. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate all the conflicting advice out there — and that's why I'm here to simplify the process for you.
With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and current studies in a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition program, I combine lived experience with science-backed strategies to help you reach your goals in a sustainable, balanced way. I'm also on the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), deepening my expertise to better serve you.
